Here at Ollie’s, our style of pizza doesn't fit into any classification. It’s a bit of New York and a bit Neapolitan. A thin and crispy base with a delicious chewy crust, topped with the freshest produce and most delicious flavour combinations.

We just wanna make a tasty pizza pie that we love, and to do that we treat it with love. The dough is proved for a day and a half, then stretched in the traditional way by hand – and when it’s time for cookin’ – we fire it up super freakin’ hot and super freakin’ fast!

Ollie’s Pizza is created in homage to all the great Pizzaiolos who are out there “making a crust”, and 'cause when it's this nice, who doesn’t love a slice!

Ollie's is a great place for an after-work or pre-evening cocktail or a beer. And on the weekends, the lights go down and the music turns up! We'll see you at the bar.
